Message	there should be a bracket that the pedal rests on when it's not pushed. when you then press the pedal, there are 2 switchs that are triggered ON that bracket. One opens to turn off the cruse control. and one closes to turn on the brake lights. it's there, you just don't know what to look for. . happens to everyone at some point.
